We also provide great communication with your builder, so our design coincides with the way they want to build the end product.

We represent multiple organizations within the light gauge steel framing and cold form shed market.  We have established fast and efficient processes to be able to provide site specific compliance documentation for our client. We provide a high level of service in maintaining design and installation documentation to ensure our clients are in the best position when it comes to safety. We ensure all Australian Standard changes are reflected in all designs.

Ancillary buildings and structures are required to be certified by an engineer. We have a vast range of standard design option to suit most options. We also have the capabilities to create custom designs to suit your needs.

Final Compliance Inspections

 

Final compliance is important to ensure the clients met the relevant documentation and council requirements. Bespoke provide compliance inspection in a timely manner to ensure the work completed is constructed as per the design. All rectifications will be identified, and details provided to the client prior to final approval is given.

​Engineering Investigation Reports

 

Bespoke are able to provide independent reports on structural integrity of both residential and commercial premises. We are able to determine what is structural damage and not just cosmetic and provide a course of action for rectification. This is all done through a personal site consultation and complex reports which are clear and precise.

Residential & Commercial Process Engineering

Bespoke does provide a range of different levels of engineering services for all your residential needs. Residential projects include, new houses, units, townhouses, Aged Care Facilities, School Building, Residential Sheds, Carports and Garages. 

 

  • Preliminary Form 15, Design Certification Certificates or the equivalent – These are ‘Not for Construction’ compliance certificates to appease councils to allow for the BA or DA to continue without delays.
     

  • Design Intent Form 15, Design Certification Certificates or the equivalent – These certificates are the final design certification for council construction purposes. Through this process we can provide either a simple certification or a more defined process which may include design engineering input.
     

  • Bespoke Engineering – This process includes any engineering services that are required to complete the frame design. This may include structure member sizing or simply coming up with a most effective solution for the design. This service includes the certification once the design is completed and excepted by the client.
     

  • Form 16, Construction Certification or equivalent – Throughout construction we provide ‘As Constructed Advise’ to ensure things run smoothly onsite. If the project is local we also provide onsite support if required otherwise we always provide assistance through photographic evidence or Video Call consultation.
     

  • Site Inspection Competency Registration – We run a training program where we provide theory and onsite training for key construction personnel. During this training we training the individuals to be our eyes and ears onsite. We advise of all the areas that we require checking to be able to complete final certification of the construction. We educate the QA process and documentation that is required for this final step to happen without an engineer to be onsite. This allows the projects to run smoothly and on time without holding up the certification. This method works very well for remote area or other states then were we are located.
