Bespoke is able to provide site classifications and soil reports for any residential allotments and retaining walls. We have the facilities to carry out both the fieldwork and laboratory testing necessary for a site classification, whilst our association with professional engineers are able to interpret the results and provide the appropriate footing designs in a short period of time.
Bespoke has their own small drilling rig, soil testing field and laboratory equipment with experienced staff in the field to provide contract drilling services, soil testing and investigation services. We are specialized in small lots, small and hard to access properties for geotechnical investigations, pre-purchase sites, new houses, existing building sites, renovations and extensions, retaining walls, pools, subdivisions and multi residential subdivisions.

Soil testing is critical for successful building projects, and in many cases, site classification is a compulsory first step in the building process. And for good reasons:
